As a Sales Executive your responsibilities will include to:

  • Manage business partners operating in pharmacies distribution channel
  • Build and manage long-term relations through win-win agreements and actions in line with the commercial strategy
  • Be in touch with partners and clients on a regular basis so as to analyse sell-in and sell-out performances
  • Identify opportunities and set in place concrete action plans
  • Elaborate and implement commercial and trade operations, working closely with the Country Manager
  • Conduct beauty advisory sessions with clients so as to improve customer satisfaction and long-term commitment to the brand
  • Ensure and protect the selectivity of a high-end growing brand, ensuring high standard levels in terms of customer experience
  • Be a reliable and supportive team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ensure that the brand standards, customer journey and treatments are exceptional at all times


So as to thrive in the role of the Sales Executive you should have the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the Beauty/Spa Industry
  • Efficiency, detail-orientation and motivation for delivering high-class customer experience
  • Strong time management, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Passion to thrive on delivering world-class correspondence to your clients requirements
