    As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

    • Create and develop business development opportunities that both maintain and maximise our current income base as well as provide potential to increase our income base for both core and non-core services
    • Develop and deliver on-going annual, medium and long term strategic business prospects plans, ensuring that opportunities to maximise income are identified and planned for
    • Achieve annual net Revenue & Profitability targets in line with budgeted Targets
    • Able to continue and build long-standing relationships with clients
    • Responsible for extending the business portfolio in the areas of Corporate Travel, Conferences, Events, and Incentives, and Consulting Services
    • Work with key team members to develop and commercialise new services and value propositions
    • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that enables the Group to maintain and grow its income base
    • Improve internal/external customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of the company in Greece
    • Maintain and strengthen business relations, promoting the company to new and existing customers
    • Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead on constructing robust and successful business proposals that secure new contracts and long term client relationships
    • Monitor and measure marketing activities to ensure return on investment, building reports that provide an insight into data quality, frequency of use, patterns of behaviour and response to marketing campaigns
    • Active involvement in the preparation of the annual budget document, including compiling approved departmental expenditure budgets, revenue estimates and various narratives into the annual budget document


    The ideal candidate for the position of a Sales Executive will be expected to possess the following:

    • Proven and successful track record of 3-4 years previous experience in B2B Sales Services, preferably within the travel industry
    • Experience in selling software or wed-based solutions can be very relevant
    • Value Based selling knowledge or consultative selling
    • University degree, BA/BS or equivalent experience
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and related software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
    • Self-motivated and results oriented with excellent ability to organize, plan and implement own work
    • Competitor awareness and activity monitoring
