The job description of the Sales Engineer is the following:

  • Maintain and improve the overall relationship with the company's clients
  • Business development, account management and cross-selling activities
  • Analyze clients' needs in order to present the products or services that will cover them
  • Generate proposals, prepare sales quotations and plan meetings with clients
  • Maintain satisfactory after-sales relationships and develop long-term relationships with clients, coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy clients' needs
  • Promote after-sales products and maintenance contracts
  • Collaborate with other departments in order to contribute to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback
  • Ensure that set sales targets are achieved in due time
  • In cooperation with the Sales Manager, contribute to overall sales strategy


The ideal candidate for the role of the Sales Engineer should have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automations or IT
  • At least five years of relevant sales engineering experience, including strategic selling and negotiation in a complex sales environment involving multiple-makers/influencers, in an industrial environment
  • Experience in Industrial Automation(PLC, HMI & SCADA), Power Monitoring & Control, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), AI, Industrial Cyber Security and OT Security Solutions
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel (15% of time)
