The Regulatory Affairs Officer will have the following responsibilities:

• Support operationally the regulatory analysis and relative evaluation performed by the head of the Unit
• Study scientific and regulatory national and EU documents. Collect, collate and evaluatescientific data from a range of sources
• Coordinate the regulatory work related to renewable energy sources (RES), climate, andgovernance
• Analyze existing and new acquis in renewable energy sources (RES) and climate, to beadopted by EU and Greece.
• Monitor EU & national Regulatory framework (power, RES, and gas). Maintain currentknowledge base on existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents
• Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities
• Interpret regulatory or rule changes and ensure that they are communicated throughcorporate policies and procedures

The Regulatory Affairs Officer must possess the following:

• BSc degree in Electrical Engineering / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics/ Finance or related field
• A Master’s degree in the energy sector is an asset
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and written
• Excellent knowledge of the national and EU power, RES, and gas market Regulatory framework
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet)

• Excellent analytical skills/ Attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, focusing on the establishment of
• long-term relationships with other organizations
• Team player and self-motivated
• Organizational and strong project management skills

• Relevant experience is a plus, not mandatory
