Περιγραφή εργασίας

Will you be here in Athens in August, while all your friends are on holidays? No problem! We have an awesome opening as a Receptionist that will give you the opportunity to work at a multinational company, learn new skills, and of course, earn some cash! If you are flexible enough to work from July 25th until August 17th, and you have an energetic personality, and office experience ideally as a Receptionist, then we want to hear from you.

αρμοδιότητες

As a Receptionist some of your tasks may include:

  • Arrange meetings with internal and external parties and provide administrative support to Country Manager(s) and other executives by managing their schedules, appointments
  • Liaise between departments and provide front desk support to guests and clients
  • Provide administrative support such as handling mail and telephone calls as switchboard operator
  • Ensure Top Management guests are easily accommodated
  • Be key contact for any issue relating to the building such as repairs, access cards
  • Arrange and check courier costs and office supply costs and make orders from warehouse
  • Arrange company’s travel requirements such as issuing tickets, making hotel reservations and car rentals , while ensuring cost control and checking invoices
  • Arrange meals for business meetings, booking conference rooms and video conference facilities

προσόντα

The requirements for the Receptionist position are:

  • 1-3 years Office Coordination experience, preferably in a multinational company
  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related field, or working towards a degree
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Fluency in English 
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Dependable and reliable
