αρμοδιότητες

As a Product Activation Lead your responsibilities will be the following:

  • Build and maintain Customer-facing presence (both F2F and Virtual) to support the launch of medicines in CRSwNP (Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps)
  • Cultivate partnership with a nation-wide group of Key External Experts (KEEs) to ensure clear product knowledge 
  • Engage in one to one scientific dialogue with external experts around CRSwNP medicines, ensuring they are knowledgeable in identifying the right patient for the most appropriate medicines
  • Disseminate significant new data on CRSwNP and relevant portfolio, as well as important safety information to healthcare practitioners, as and when this emerges
  • Use customer and patient insights in developing business plans which are aligned with strategies and propel the pre-launch and post-launch activation for CRSwNP (Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps)
  • Work cross-functionally to implement 1-to-many activities aiming to prepare and support company's product launch in CRSwNP (according to on-label indication and local launch timelines)
  • Develop, based on customer insights, multi-channel business plans (small group presentations, business dinners, webinars, etc) with strategically aligned ASMART objectives, strategies and tactical activities that deliver business objectives
  • Tracks in a regular base (through KPIs) and adjusts the multi-channel business plans Partner with matrix colleagues (e.g. marketing, sales teams, medical etc.) in a collaborative working mindset/ relationship to ensure strategies and business plans are both patient and business focused, and adding value to the external expert
  • Regularly measure sales call performance and seek feedback to continuously improve. Use & systematic update of Veeva CRM to depict current situation (customer journey, calendar, segmentation, etc)
  • Maintain a level of expertise in the evolving scientific / therapeutic area and in competitor medicines in the field of CRSwNP
  • Fully understand and comply with company's standards and policies and with local codes of practice, guidelines and laws to ensure the strictest requirements are met

προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of Product Activation Lead will be expected to possess the following:

  • Higher degree in life sciences: PhD, MSc or equivalent or Medical Degree (MD, MBBS, MPharm, PharmD)
  • Proven track record as a Product Specialist or Key Account Manager with consistent delivery of core objectives, conditional to meeting minimum level of scientific education as stated above
  • High scientific expertise with established long-term relationships with the ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat Physicians - Otolaryngologists) expert community
  • Ability to translate complex science into simple messages
  • Effective communication skills and ability to tailor information to different audiences appropriately
  • Ability to communicate through multiple channels e.g. virtual platforms
  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional working to drive business focused outcomes
