As a Presales Consultant, you will responsible for:

• Presales support to account managers in the field of OPS, Print solutions and novice Scan & Capture solutions - identifying customer´s needs, solutions
• Preparation and delivery of presentations during client meetings
• On-site surveys related to OPS analysis
• OPS analysis in multiple OPS projects
• On-site coordination of OPS project roll-outs
• Project management for OPS projects
• Handling of communication with end customers during roll-outs
• Communication and coordination with DWP department to deliver results 
• Documenting the proposed solution based on customer requirements, that is understandable for both client and company's team

The ideal candidate for the role of the Presales Consultant should have the following:

• A university degree or equivalent, preferable in informatics or economics
• PRINCE2 certification or equivalent will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products, mainly MS Office and MS Teams
• Basic knowledge of printing concepts and theory
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Servers, Networking, Antivirus, Firewall
• Good English skills in both speech and writing

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, business thinking
• Analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
• Business aptitude and the ability to spot additional revenue opportunities, including both services and license opportunities

• Minimum 2 years of project management tasks
• Minimum 2 years of consulting exper
