This is an Order Desk Customer Support within a leading international company in the pharmaceutical industry. Do you have what it takes so as to process orders via ERP, provide exceptional customer service, manage customer complaints and check inventory? Can you multitask to different supply chain functions with customer centric approach in a timely and professional manner? As an Order Desk Customer Support, your duties will include the following:

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Establish, maintain and promote high standards of internal customer service.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ability to motivate others and build a team environment.
  • Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager.


As an Order Desk Customer Support, you must have the following requirements:

  • 0-3 year of experience in Customer Service and Ordering positions 
  • University Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • MSc in Supply Chain or Logistics would be considered as a plus
  • ERP literacy; SAP would be considered an extra asset
  • Strong working in a multitasking environment
  • Great communication and customer service  skills
  • Very good command in English
