This is an Order Desk Customer Service Support position within a leading global company that provides product and services solutions across all industries.

As an Order Desk Customer Service Support, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • provide exceptional customer service to the clients and coordinate marine spare parts sales order processing flow
  • answer customers’ product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services
  • support sales department at all times, by liaising with warehouse, vessel agents, customers and all other parties involved
  • process orders,  prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure high level customer satisfaction
  • monitoring end-to-end the logistics process from dispatching, packing lists, invoicing to communicating with forwarders for delivery purposes


If you want to grab the opportunity for this Order Desk Customer Service Support position you need to have:

  • 1-3 year of experience in logistics, customer service and/or ordering positions 
  • University Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • MSc in Supply Chain or Logistics would be considered as a plus
  • Exceptional command in English oral/written 
  • ERP and CRM literacy
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Team spirit and organizational abilities
