What are the daily tasks of a Norwegian Customer Service Agent - Work From Home?

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the Norwegian speaking clients
  • Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats 
  • Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing supportive relationship with colleagues

The requirements of the Norwegian Customer Service Agent - Work From Home role are:  

  • Native or near native command of the Norwegian language 
  • Very good English skills
  • An internet speed minimum of 4.0 Mb/s download and 0,5 Mb/s upload
  • Excellent communication skills
