αρμοδιότητες

As a Logistics & Spare Parts Assistant in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Proper entering of movements in SAP System
  • Order checking and Collect data and inform warehouse IT systems (imports, exports)
  • Issue delivery notes via ERP system for all transportation
  • Stock control of materials, administer orders for internal clients (wind farms) and support procedure of re-ordering 
  • Monitor data regarding purchasing and transportation costs. Participate in purchasing procedures and cooperate with accounting department for some issues.
  • Handle the return of new & defect materials from local warehouses to headquarters, and arrange the transportation and shipping.
  • Support with coordination and communication internally as needed
  • Support the Sales Department by ensuring communication on product availability
  • Managing stock levels and making decisions about stock control


προσόντα

The position of Logistics & Spare Parts Assistant is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

  • University Degree associated to Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar job
  • English: Excellent (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of German Language will be considered as an asset  
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of SAP System 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability
  • Travel availability
