Does managing the administrative duties as Legal Secretary, capture your attention?  Are you organized, paying attention to detail and hands-on? As Legal Secretary some of your main tasks will be to:

  • Maintaining diary and arranging meetings/appointments accordingly
  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them in an appropriate manner
  • Reading email correspondence & preparing a short summary/ briefing of its content, highlighting the main topics to inform the Partner accordingly
  • Preparing relevant emails in Greek and English
  • Maintaining a well-structured electronic filing system
  • Making all necessary travel/booking arrangements
  • Following up with Partner on all pending items and reminders
  • Preparing monthly expense reports and other type of reports upon Partner request
  • Preparing presentations and reports


In order to be considered for this Legal Secretary role the requirements are:

  • Holder of University/College Degree
  • Experience in a secretarial role preferably at a Law Firm
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language
  • Excellent Computer skills 
  • Professional behavior
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral, interacting with visitors on a daily basis in person and by telephone
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to policies, standards and regulations in own area of work
  • Confidentiality and discretion 
  • Structured with very good administrative skills
  • Flexibility with working hours
