As a Key Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve annual volume targets, brand mix, distribution & merchandising
  • Ensure the successful implementation of all central agreements throughout Greece
  • Continuous and effective channel management through in-depth analysis and monitoring, identifying current and future key customers and exploiting these opportunities by achieving agreements
  • Build strong relationships with customers based on a consulting approach, in order to maximize results
  • Propose & implement an annual development plan for each account, according to priorities, in order to obtain a larger share of business within each customer
  • Constantly analyse all available data in order to identify brand opportunities and propose tailor made activities to maximize our volume within each account
  • Responsible to collaborate successfully with Trade Marketers and Area Managers to bring the agreed results in all agreements
  • Responsible to monitor competition activities, planning and results and report them to his supervisor


The ideal candidate for the position of a Key Account Executive will be expected to possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Key Account executive or in a senior sales representative position
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent level of English
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers 
  • Have knowledge of trade activities implementation methodologies and tactics
  • Understand financial ratios and have reporting capabilities
  • Solid negotiation skills
