Your responsibilities as an Inside Sales Specialist are to: 

  • Set suitable sales business activities and processes that will help the organization run its strategies and objectives effectively
  • Implement and manage all phases of the sales cycle from prospecting to close and follow-up support
  • Contact existing and prospect clientele who have responded to an advertisement or marketing campaigns
  • Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls through the existing database
  • Understand products' specifications, sales packages and pricing structures within competition
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and updating the system
  • Increase revenues of existing clients through promotions, cross-selling and up-selling techniques
  • Submit all necessary information in the company's CRM system on a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all necessary processes are followed in order to sign the contract with a prospect and to place an order


The ideal Inside Sales Specialist should have:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service positions
  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Tech savvy and results orientated individual
  • Persistent, enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about sales
  • Strong professional telephone etiquette
  • Customer service oriented with excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Very good English - verbal and written
