What your tasks will be as a Hungarian Client Relations Coordinator:

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships with existing clients via telephone
  • Activate passive clients and follow up on potential ones
  • Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that a high level service is provided
  • Educate customers on business practices, developments and any associated promotions
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
  • Provide suggestions on system enhancements
  • Cooperate effectively with other departments when necessary
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results


προσόντα

You’ll be an excellent fit as a Hungarian Client Relations Coordinator in case you possess:

  • Native level of Hungarian among with fluency in English
  • Experience in serving clients via telephone would be a plus (no sales experience needed)
  • Outstanding communication and listening skills
  • PC literacy and knowledge of financial terms
  • Dynamic and results-oriented mindset
