αρμοδιότητες

As an HR & Operations Associate you will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the company offices, including sourcing and managing services such as cleaning services, office supplies & stationery, equipment, repairs etc.

  • You will be responsible for contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office/sites lease
  • You will have overall responsibility of the office budget (including reporting)
  • You will support the management team with making travel arrangements, organizing meetings, and preparing presentations
  • You will address employee queries regarding office issues, such as repairs and requests for equipment

Regarding HR tasks, you will have the opportunity to learn and be involved with the general scope of HR including:

  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Training & Development
  • Performance Management
  • Payroll and Benefits 
  • Employee Relations
  • Health and Safety, Wellness


προσόντα

To be successful in the HR & Operations Associate position you need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree. Masters is a plus
  • 2-3 years’ experience in office management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including listening, coaching and training
  • Excellent written, verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Results orientation & team orientation
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
  • Excellent writing skills both in Greek and English
  • Strong Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Previous experience on monitoring office budget will be considered as a plus
