The responsibilities of the HR Generalist include:

• Coordination of the whole recruitment process
• Preparation of job advertisements
• Sourcing of candidates
• Telephone and in person interviews
• Handling of onboarding and offboarding process
• Preparation of all necessary documents in coordination with the payroll department
• Develop employer branding initiatives 
• Work closely with the local HR to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with the global HR Strategy and the local business strategy
• Build coordinative and collaborative relationships with the Local Management Team
• Hold an HR advisory role towards the Line managers of each department
• Maintain various administrational tasks

The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist role should have:

• University degree or higher, ideally in the HR or relevant field
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Competent with MS Office

• Ability to learn and understand fast
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both in a team and in person
• Efficient approach to work
• Solution oriented
• Attention to detail
• Eager to to be flexible and adapt quickly
