Do you have at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience within an organized Human Resources department, preferably from the industrial or FMCG sector and wish for your next career move to be as an HR Business Partner? Do you have excellent time management, project-management and analytical skills? The HR Business Partner is responsible for the set-up, coordination and implementation of the Company’s HR policies, in the areas of recruitment, training, development, following the directions set by the Head of Human Resources and aims to undertake coordinated actions such as:

  • Coordination and administration of the formulation and maintenance of job descriptions for all organizational positions, prior to the selection process.
  • Running of all stages pertaining to the recruitment process, from screening, selection, on-boarding, vendor communication.
  • Close cooperation with all departments in order to formulate, coordinate and run training & development plans of employees, according to the Annual Performance Appraisal recommendations and emerging business requirements.
  • Contribution to the formulation of succession plans for key positions in the organization, under the directions of the Head of Human Resources.
  • Coordination of the annual process of Performance Management (reviews, appraisals, management by objectives etc.) and contribution in various analyses relating to Rewards & Benefits, as deemed necessary by the Head of department.
  • Responsibility for the development and update of reporting KPIs for the department.
  • Ensure the update and data management of all pertinent employee records.
  • Ensure the review and update of all related HR procedures.
  • Communication with all departments closely and frequently, in order to timely assess, accurately record and effectively cater for their needs, so as to ensure that the deliverables agreed respond to their business needs.
  • Maintenance of close contact with all employees at company sites, in order to obtain feedback and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline. A post-graduate degree will be considered an additional asset.
  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on Human Resources experience, preferably from a multinational company
  • Excellent command of the English language and MS Office
