As a head of compliance & aml at Nexi Group your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of the Company's annual and multi-year activity plan, submitting it to the approval of the Board of Directors
• Preparation of information flows to the corporate bodies and other functions of the Company
• Oversight function and continuous monitoring of the rules applicable to the Company, assessing their impact on the Company's processes and procedures, ensuring the implementation of the necessary adjustments
• Advising the top management and the Company on all compliance issues, also related to compulsory training on applicable laws and regulations
• Measurement of the risk of non-compliance by identifying the appropriate corrective actions and following their resolution (follow up)
• Management of relations with the competent Authorities regarding compliance issues
• The Compliance Manager also takes the role of:Corporate Anti-Money Laundering Officer by delegation to report suspicious transactions and Data Protection Officer of the Company

In order for your profile to match the head of compliance & aml position at Nexi Group, you need to have the following skills:

• Master's degree in Law or Economic Disciplines
• at least 5 years of experience in the Compliance function in Banks or payment services companies
• important knowledge of the regulations applicable to payment services
• fluent English

• Very good verbal and written communication skills to discuss
• Strategic leadership

Experience in a manager role in compliance function in Banks or payment services companies
