Are you a native or near-native French speaker living in the Northern Suburbs of Attica? Do you consider yourself as a passionate professional, eager to support stakeholders & add value to any team you cooperate with? 

A French speaking Customer & Sales Representative will deliver amazing pre & after sales support to customers ensuring orders execution & deliveries in a timely and efficient way. At the same time will cooperate with Supply Chain & Sales departments to meet sales order objectives and will coordinate all third parties accordingly. 

Our client, a trusted manufacturing and distributing company, based in Oinofyta, is seeking the candidate who will ensure excellent service standards while maintaining high customer satisfaction in the French speaking areas.

The ideal French Customer & Sales Representative will possess the knowledge, skill and ability to perform the following responsibilities: 

  • Serve the French clientele, obtains orders/delivery schedules/invoicing 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies


How the ideal French Customer & Sales Representative looks like?

  • Native level in French & an advanced level of English. Knowledge of Greek will be considered as a plus
  • 2-3 years working experience as a customer service representative or order desk specialist or sales support coordinator
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP  will be considered as a strong asset
  • Ability to switch tasks with efficiency, speed & quality
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication & comprehension skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure & with different teams, maintaining a positive attitude towards achieving the team goals on tight deadlines.
