In this French 2nd Level Technical Support Specialist role, you will be representing a big multinational technical company and managing cases throughout their entire lifecycle including: scoping, troubleshooting and providing resolution as per internal procedures.

The tasks of a French 2nd Level Technical Support Specialist will be as follows:

  • support French customers' requests from the moment they reach the support team until request is resolved (using phone call, remote session, email)
  • use of internal content, diagnosis tools and troubleshooting skills to analyse problems and provide solutions to meet customer needs
  • provide clear notes on ticketing tool to peers and higher levels of support
  • log the cases on internal systems, while getting up to date with the company's products & services


Requirements of a French 2nd Level Technical Support Specialist include:

  • fluent level in French
  • very good communication skills in English
  • solid Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer science background
  • 1-2 years helpdesk or system admin experience with exposure to medium to large businesses
  • strong active listening skills, ability to ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver appropriate value-added recommendations that will solve customer problems
  • adaptability and flexibility according to customer personality, culture, and profile
  • empathy and a passion for technical customer service, solid team, and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
  • technical knowledge and experience: Windows Operating Systems, Local and Wide-area networking, Microsoft productivity suite, Directory Services and Active Directory, administration experience in any or all of Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Office Applications, Skype for business and Teams. 
  • acknowledged certifications like MCSE or Cisco certifications will be considered as an advantage
