The responsibilities of the Field Sales Coordinator are the following:

  • Daily communication with customers and distributors’ sales team in order to grow sales with regard to the sales plan for selected point of sales
  • Tracking, controlling and giving suggestions to the distributors’ sales team regarding adequate implementation of the sales strategy in each point of sales. 
  • Assist the distributors’ field force with attention to the products, placing of POS material, floor-stands and managing the facing of the products at point of sales, controlling the current situation, to make sure the products are positioned within the stores in the best possible way, aligned with the existing standards.  
  • Submitting daily and weekly reports about the situation at selected point of sales to ensure sales tracking
  • Tracking of competitors’ products and their prices as well as the gap between the actual prices of products and recommended prices. 
  • Tracking of the situation in point of sales and giving suggestions to superior for adjustments of the sales plan and marketing actions plan in order to increase sales.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of trade activity plan, based on agreed scorecard document, and ensuring that all data are monthly updated.
  • Elaboration of the key action standards of presence by Channel/store format
  • Planning and tracking implementation/stock of POS material
  • Support other teams in setting the annual plan of promotional activities by brand/channel and estimation of promos
  • Support other teams in the implementation of planned activities and deadlines according to defined plan


The ideal candidate for the role of the Field Sales Coordinator should have the following:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in field sales/key account management/area management with a thorough knowledge of the FMCG market
  • College or university degree (commercial, economic, business studies)
  • Fluent in English and PC literate and MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Result-orientation thinking, customer oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Organized and determined persistent person
  • Adaptability
  • Have a potential to grow in the position
