As an EHS Quality and Regulatory Specialist your duties will include the following:

  • Establish H&S plans and operational objectives in alignment with Country objectives and Corporate H&S goals. 
  • Develop, modify and execute H&S related policies, processes and standards including ones issued by Corporate Health & Safety.
  • Manage, prepare and up-date H&S manuals, processes, procedures obligations by law, work instructions etc. 
  • Advise the employer regarding roles, regulations and standards, assist all crew members regarding safety, ergonomics, occupational health including radiation protection and monitoring, of all employees and promoting their consciousness at these subjects. This includes also activities done at clients as maintenance and installation.
  • Prepare and manage H&S AOP and budgets.
  • Establishes effective systems, programs, support tools and business case recommendations to improve and maintain safety performance and compliance.
  • H&S training development, assignment and delivery.
  • Implement proactive risks assessment. Detecting safety and health hazards and inform the employer. 
  • Ensure holding proper Safety and Health devices at works, also related to works carried at clients (installations and maintenance).
  • Hold root-cause investigations in case of work accidents, deviations, occupational illness with the aim to draw a lesson, preparation of findings and offering the employer appropriate steps to avoid repeating such cases.
  • Manage medical devices registration in the Greek official database
  • Manage Post-Market Surveillance activities for medical devices, including customers feedbacks, reporting to competent authorities and Field Safety Notices
  • Contribute to the maintenance and the update of the Quality Management System for the Health Systems Business
  • Liaise with local distributors on Q&R matters
  • Monitor local medical device legislation evolution


As an EHS Quality and Regulatory Specialist in this role, you must have the following requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree, experience and Qualification/Certification for Safety Officer according to Greek Law
  • minimum 2 years experience in all aspects of H&S 
  • Presentation and training skills
  • Ability to design and execute the overall strategy of H&S and Q&R in a matrix environment
  • Previous experience in a HealthCare industry/setting
  • Knowledge or Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001
  • English Language (verbal-writing) compulsory
  • Radiation Experience will be considered an asset
  • Crisis and Budget Management Experience
  • Knowledge or Experience with ISO 13485 will be considered an asset
