As a Customer Support Supervisor you will be responsible for operating and controlling the inbound customer support team.

More specifically you will:

  • Manage, coach and train the inbound customer support team in order to reach its full potential
  • Organize and set tasks of daily call center operations for the customer support team
  • Monitor call center's qualitative and quantitative metrics in order to propose ways to improve productivity
  • Provide extensive training to ensure continual upscaling in customer service level through evaluation and development
  • Give valuable feedback to each representative based on the individual KPIs and by analyzing results
  • Ensure customer support team is fully motivated to achieve best performance and meet company’s goal
  • Prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities in a proper efficient way according to the resources
  • Propose strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction with respect to company's values
  • Support and report directly to the Head of Customer Experience about team’s performance management


For the Customer Support Supervisor role, you have to demonstrate:

  • minimum 2 years’ of experience as a senior team leader or supervisor in customer support roles
  • BA degree in business administration or relevant fields
  • proven work experience in energy sector will be consider as an extra asset
  • exceptional customer service and project management skills
  • ability to present complex information in a clear and concise way
  • very structured way of thinking and organized, methodical way of working
  • team-spirit and ability to lead by example
  • motivated, goal oriented and committed
  • complex problem-solving and analytical skills
  • strong numerical acumen and result-orient
