This is a work from home job opportunity where you will have the chance to prove your excellent communication skills as a customer service specialist by serving the greek and english clients of a well-known company in maritime sector.

As a Customer Service Specialist you will need to:

  • provide a high level of customer service to the Greek and English speaking clients at all times
  • resolve issues through various support channels such as emails, calls or online chats
  • offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
  • delight customers and exceed their expectations
  • understand, plan for and promote client’s services to the assigned customer base
  • interrogate customer data to determine and optimise revenue opportunities and evolve service levels
  • partner field-based Sales Managers to provide coherent and consistent service levels which delight the customer
  • own and manage the customer’s needs ensuring quotations, billing, product-related queries and out-of-hours service calls are executed effectively
  • engage internal/external stakeholders as required to diagnose and resolve customer queries within timelines determined with respect to company’s SLAs
  • support quarterly customer business reviews to improve customer communication and connectivity and optimise revenue opportunities
  • ensure that 1st time resolution and email resolution times are attained for the assigned customer-base
  • manage customer indexes ensuring they are both comprehensive and reflect the requirements of the customer
  • prepare and submit monthly customer renewals in a timely manner to ensure renewal and retention of subscriptions and services.
  • comply with all Company policies and procedures including antitrust, sensitive trading,  anti-bribery and corruption
  • participate in personal development initiatives as determined by the company


To be the Customer Service Specialist our client looks for, you have to possess the following skills: 

  • experience in customer service role 
  • excellent level in english language
  • experience or studies in maritime sector
  • very good internet speed
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • client centric mindset
