αρμοδιότητες

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • providing exceptional customer service support and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • processing daily sales orders
  • managing all incoming phone calls and generating sales leads
  • building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • keeping records of customer accounts and file documents
  • following up with customers for payments and orders

προσόντα

If you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Customer Service Coordinator you should confirm that you fulfil the following requirements:

  • university degree
  • proficient in english language
  • excellent usage of Windows, Power Point and Excel
  • SAP knowledge and especially order intake module
  • familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • excellent problems solving, organizational and presentation skills
  • strong team player with the ability to adapt/ respond to different type of characters

εμπειρία

  • minimum 3 years of proven customer support experience
