As a Customer Care Manager and a passionate leader for your team, you will be responsible for:

  • leading and motivating a team of hardworking, enthusiastic customer service specialists
  • ensuring  team’s engagement and commitment during the high fast-paced daily routine
  • evaluating employee's performance and identify training needs and development opportunities
  • identifying opportunities and make suggestions in order to improve the overall effectiveness and performance of the team
  • providing guidance and ongoing mentoring to the customer care team
  • monitoring all KPI's by keeping the SLA's at the highest quality
  • supervising and supporting the outsourcing call center based abroad 
  • proposing new innovative strategies to improve the customer care and satisfaction with respect to company's values


As a Customer Care Manager you will be the heart and the voice of the customer and your team; so you will need to have:

  • minimum 2 years' experience in senior customer care/service roles 
  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration or in a relevant field
  • exceptional knowledge in English verbally and written 
  • proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced customer care environment
  • tech fluency and experience in tech savy environments
  • open mind, flexibility to changes and adaptability
  • proven knowledge of helpdesk CRM systems
  • out-of-the-box thinking in a creative and innovative way
