The responsibilities for this CRM Sales Representative with German role include to:

  • Achieve campaign’s targets, KPI's, as well as other projections
  • Build and manage all sales activities
  • Build and follow up campaigns (e.g. regarding new players retention and reactivation)
  • Identify early alerts and manage risks for the customers in a proactive approach
  • Capture key customer’s feedback on needs, interest, problems and maintain positive relationships
  • To develop, grow and retain a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong professional relationship with them
  • Build and manage all sales activities


The ideal CRM Sales Representative with German is / possess / has:

  • Fluency in German (native level) and in English 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office


  • Experience with managing customer relationships
  • Phone selling experience and business development skills
  • Customer-centric mentality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player approach with strong interpersonal skills


Equivalent experience would be considered an asset.
