Περιγραφή εργασίας

Are you experienced in CRM solutions? Are you interested in joining one of the most well established marketing technology agencies? Then this position is for you! 

Our client is a multinational company that implements & delivers cutting edge, end-to-end customer management solutions for their clients. They have activities within the retail sector (value per project >100K euros); the position is fulltime and permanent, based in Athens' northern suburbs.

As a CRM Account Manager you will be reporting to the company's Business Development Director and your duties will be the following:

  • document the customer's requirements and produce project plans
  • present the solution to the client (in Greek and/or in English)
  • communicate the project plans to the Project Manager
  • conduct business requirements workshops
  • work closely with the sales team
  • build professional, trustful relationship with the clients
  • travel abroad, if needed, in order to meet customers abroad (2-3 days per month)
  • be able to suggest innovative solutions which are related to the implemented solutions
  • have ears and eyes open for new selling opportunities

Your profile can match the CRM Account Manager in case that you have the following skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant position
  • familiarity with modern technologies
  • able to listen to customer requirements and explore further selling opportunities
  • able to work with people with both technical and non-technical background
  • excellent presentation skills in both Greek and English
  • willing to learn; team player
  • problem solving skills
  • strong will for further improvement
