We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our client's team.

Our client is a well known multinational company market leader in their industry. Due to a rapid phase of business growth, they are seeking to further invest to accelerate their process transformation and are looking for a Process Improvement Coordinator. Working alongside the senior site leadership, this new role will focus on the implementation of finance and business improvement projects.

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Supports the continuous improvement programmes (accounting) by focusing on the process efficiencies and customer service
  • Focuses on the enhancement of business capacity through technology and innovation
  • Assesses processes and activities (accounting) and identifies opportunities to make improvements
  • Prioritizes initiatives that will be most impactful to the organization’s goals and objectives
  • Develops and implements project plans (finance/accounting)
  • Effectively communicates project expectations and liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Assures that Change Management plans related to all Continuous Improvement initiatives are developed, implemented and well executed
  • Collaborates with other process stakeholders to identify current and future service delivery opportunities, evaluates design modification, and considers enabling technology.


In order for your profile to match the position of Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Master’s Degree in IT/Business/Finance would be considered as a valuable asset 
  • Hands on accounting experience
  • More than 7 years of relevant experience
  • Proven success of project management and implementation of process improvements
  • Working experience in a multinational environment
  • Experience in enabling technologies and ERPs is a plus
  • Fluent English speaker (C1/C2)
  • Other languages can be considered as a plus
