As a Contact Center Representative some of your main tasks will be to:

• answer customers’ product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services
• support ordering process via SAP
• administrate payments and invoices
• provide exceptional customer service support and ensure customer satisfaction
• process daily sales orders
• handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

If you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Contact Center Representative you should confirm that you fulfill the following requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a relevant position
• AEI/TEI degree
• very good knowledge of SAP
• excellent PC skills
• great communication and customer service skills
• excellent command of Greek and English
• knowledge of a balkan language will be considered an asset

Applicant should have the following experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
