Are you an experienced Recruiter and are you looking for an opportunity to transition into a corporate HR role? Do you want to be a Contact Center Recruiter with direct contact with management with the opportunity to influence key decisions? The Contact Center Recruiter responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for managing a transparent and legally compliant full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced, high volume organization
  • Continually conduct outreach efforts to build a pool of talented individuals
  • Attending industry conferences and career fairs, as well as networking with industry associations
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of resources, including internet and social media
  • Identify and implement best recruiting practices in order to hire qualified candidates quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure all hiring and recruiting efforts are compliant with company’s policies and procedures
  • Support recruiting projects and initiatives
  • Recruitment administration including CV screening, arrangement of interviews, telephone and face to face interviewing
  • Manage the candidate offer process, including background verification, candidate correspondence and on boarding
  • Manage multiple hiring and competing demands for positions
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date database of candidates through the use of social media, job boards and other
  • Actively participate in local and global recruitment initiative when needed (recruitment fairs)


To be considered for the Contact Center Recruiter role, the requirements are:

  • Minimum two years of mass Recruitment experience mandatory, especially in telesales positions
  • University Degree in Business related field
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively work with hiring managers and applicants
  • Strong motivation for personal success 
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
