In your new role as a Compliance Coordinator you will provide support to Cluster Head of Legal & Compliance for local implementation of the Compliance framework (Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Anti-Bribery  and Professional Practices Policies and/or other Compliance related activities and focus areas as determined by internal and external local regulations and requirements.  Specifically you will be involved with the following tasks:

  • Supports Head of Legal & Compliance in implementation of the compliance framework of the company
  • Reviews and provides input on professional practices (activities) for compliance with internal and external regulations 
  • Maintains and revises compliance policies and procedures 
  • Provides guidance, and support to all levels of business functions on compliance issues, including policy interpretation, compliance risk assessment
  • Conducts monitoring of professional practices based on sampling of activities by using existing corporate tools
  • Reviews running remediation actions and aligns with subject matter experts on the status of remediation; ensures required documentation is available & monitors remediation actions
  • Involvement in the process to conduct third-party due diligence together with relevant functions
  • Delivers, and updates comprehensive training program on compliance related policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with other departments (e.g. Legal) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels resolution


To be considered for this Compliance Coordinator role, the requirements are:

  • BA/BS required or equivalent degree strongly preferred.
  • Min 2-5 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical / Medical Device industry in a position responsible for Compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Greek & English. Ability to gather, process and present information effectively
  • Working knowledge of applicable pharma / medical devices laws, regulations and statutes
