Are you a native Bosnian or Croatian speaker with fluent English skills?  Are you interested in working from home from anywhere in Greece whilst avoiding the daily commute to the office?

This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or are looking at working & relocating to Greece.

You will have the chance to serve the Bosnian / Croatian speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

As a Bosnian - Croatian Customer Service Agent-Work from Home your main duties will be the following: 

  • Act as the first point of contact for all Bosnian - Croatian callers
  • Respond and record customer inquiries raised through inbound calls
  • Maintain solid customer relationships with Bosnian - Croatian customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems  
  • Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

προσόντα

In order for your profile to match the Bosnian - Croatian Customer Service Agent-Work from Home role, you need to possess most of the below skills:

  • Native command of the Bosnian or Croatian language 
  • Adequacy in English language
  • An internet speed minimum of 4.0 Mb/s download and 0,5 Mb/s upload
  • PC literacy
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Client centric mindset
