The job requirements for this Business Development Manager role are the following:

  • Reporting directly to the MD and working together to shape the business development strategy
  • Conduct market research, and draw up reports on market orientation and business strategies
  • Business development and research in the field of asset and property management, establish and manage related projects, carry out promotional activities
  • Identify business opportunities and conduct business negotiations with target investors and developers, identifying potential consulting opportunities and providing core real estate services
  • Set inflow targets and implement business development strategy to meet them.
  • Working directly with digital marketing and graphics designer team to develop the digital marketing strategy and implementation.
  • Improve the quality of delivery of cases through putting forward improved optimization strategies, improving the pass and delivery rate at the same time, and then enhance our reputation in the market.
  • Participation and representation of the company in international exhibitions and meetings, speak at public events and be the face of the company.
  • Travelling within Greece and internationally to meet with prospective clients (fund managers, high-net-worth individual investors, golden visa and passport potential applicants, group of companies looking to establish presence in group jurisdictions, private bankers, lawyers)
  • Meet clients, develop own network, client entertaining 


The ideal Business Development Manager will have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Professional in industries such financial, property investment/management, fund management
  • Experience in the Greek market ideally with a portfolio of clients from all over the world
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Law or property management field will be appreciated
  • Financial services understanding or ability to learn fast
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written communications skills; knowledge of a second language will be appreciated
  • Excellent communication skills, excellency in business negotiation and project management
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Very well spoken and well presented
  • Dynamic but calm, confident but thorough
  • Fresh, modern, street smart in a professional way
  • Very career oriented, practical & proactive
  • Ability to travel
