We are looking to meet Business Development Managers with experience in the Consumer Electronics Industry and who are willing to join a recently-established company

αρμοδιότητες

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-op in sales strategy planning, responsible for their performance
  • Regular business visits of retailers/entailers and receiving orders from retailers and processing them to HQ
  • Forecasting for Greek and Cypriot market, managing internal orders
  • Implementing of company’s sales projects of in Greece for all brands 
  • Sales results reporting, actual versus forecasted (quarterly, yearly)
  • Creates sales plans for its portfolio of business partners and is continuously reviewing them
  • Active attitude in communication with current retailers regarding to the expansion in further cooperation
  • Coop and marketing planning within his portfolio and manages the coop marketing budget within business partners
  • In-store presentation monitoring and improving, sales training of retailer's staff and cross-selling of other products with retailers
  • Risk analysis of current or new business partners and responsibility for office operations
  • Monitoring and managing subordinates activities, such as monitoring and evaluating performance and supporting professional and personal development of a team members

The ideal candidate for the position of Business Development Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • 5-10 experience in sales, with extensive experience in the Consumer Electronics or IT retail market
  • TEI or AEI degree in Business Administration or related subjects
  • Excellent English language use and MS Office 
  • Strong communication and argumentation skills
  • Self-motivation on development of professional skills & knowledge
  • Ability to manage and motivate his subordinates
  • High assertiveness and ability to find a balance in internal priorities
  • Independence, proactivity, goal oriented
  • Sincerity, loyalty, curiosity
  • Stress resistance and sense of purpose
