We are looking for a Brand Manager!

This Brand Manager will assist in the design and implementation of the annual marketing plan for well-known international products in responsibility, keeping the highest standards to achieve volume share and profit objectives.

As a Brand Manager your tasks will include:

  • Develop annual marketing plans and drive the successful implementation of brands’ strategy (ATL & BTL)
  • Responsible for managing brand P&L ensuring margin/revenue directives
  • Help on managing marketing budget on assigned brands
  • Creatively manage product packaging, translations & brand messaging, with the help of international marketing
  • Use local & international ERP systems for product/code editing
  • Suggest the development of local POP material/trade marketing 
  • Brainstorming & suggestions for new products development &/or product categories
  • Analyze markets’ dynamics and identify business/marketing opportunities
  • Monitor brands’ performance (sales performance/awareness) and propose corrective actions/adjustments
  • Perform competition research & market trends analysis
  • Design & execute local ATL campaigns 
  • Internal meetings/reviews for assigned brands with active involvement in delivering accurate forecasting (sales, A&P)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with key departments & external partners (Sales, E-commerce, Quality Asurance, Finance, Suppliers, Legal team & brand agents / advertising & digital agencies)
  • Team up with the Digital Marketing team, to combine his/her market knowledge with theirs online expertise, for optimal presence of his/her brands on the web


The ideal Brand Manager should have:

  • Bachelor or University degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or similar
  • At least 2 years of commercial/marketing experience in Toys, FMCG 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Problem-solving mindset & results’ orientation
  • Innovation and creativity spirit
  • Positive attitude, team and people oriented
  • Solid organizational and communication skills
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with handling multiple brands and/or products
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results oriented, winning mentality, competitive, strong will to succeed
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing
  • Fluent in written & spoken English and Greek
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
