Are you an experienced and talented Brand Manager, keen to work for a leading company in its field? Do you have experience as Brand Manager in FMCG sector?

If your answer is yes, then we have an interesting opportunity for you.

As a Brand Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, implement and contribute to the marketing strategy to brand/SKU level that enables the Company to achieve its yearly objectives.
  • Implement and evolve the seasonal strategy in relation to brand positioning, promotions, channels, competitors and pricing over the next year.
  • Prepare annual budget and P&L for seasonal business.
  • Manage working project/brand relationships with external brand partners, to create excellence in brands’ positioning, communication and other activities
  • Manage internal communications and maintain awareness of key brand direction & activities
  • Influence brand decision-making cross-functionally, on a continuing basis so that profits and volumes are maximized
  • Pro-active planning and management of initiatives and projects at brand level for a defined set of brands within the business
  • Analyze performance, to make recommendations to improve brand portfolio success.
  • Continuously monitor brands, market and consumer performance.

The ideal candidate for the position of Brand Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • At least 4 years experience working at a Senior Brand Manager level
  • Solid marketing experience essential with an FMCG background / ideally in Cosmetics or related industries
  • Solid experience in product management
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English is essential)
  • Influencing & interpersonal skills; confident and self-started
  • Strong short and long-term project management skills and articulating the brand strategically; managing agencies
  • Strong knowledge of basic marketing tools such as Nielsen
  • Experience in communication development
  • Positive drive with strong get-up and go attitude.
  • Robust presentation skills (written and spoken)
