As a B2B sales representative you will be responsible for:

  • Developing business relationships with professional hairdressers and business owners that will enrich the long-term connection between the brands and the clients' satisfaction
  • Day to day visits in existing and prospect clients within the assigned territory (prefecture of Thessaloniki)
  • Monitoring and understanding customer needs ensuring they are offered a notable customer experience
  • Positioning company's products in the salons, developing the color, care and styling business
  • Consulting the salon owners and support them to grow their business through the company's products and distribution
  • Successful deployment of sales strategy and leveraging of sales performance analysis
  • Executing market sales activity, focused on identifying value-generated opportunities


The ideal candidate for the B2B sales representative position should have:

  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience in b2b sales as a sales representative or customer service role
  • Experience coming from the beauty, fashion, pharmaceutical or HO.RE.CA sectors is a plus
  • Experience in a multinational environment will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experienced user of Sales related software tools
  • Good working knowledge of English
  • Passion for the Beauty industry

  • Strong time management, process improvement, and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build long lasting and solid relationships with clients

3 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
