αρμοδιότητες

The responsibilities of the B2B Sales Advisor are the following:

  • Identify leads and examine their sales viability to become prospects contributing to long lasting sales strategies
  • Meet prospects to expand the company’s client database and maintain the company's leading position in the market
  • Develop specific proposals which cover client’s needs based on current products and services or customized product solutions
  • Act as the company’s ambassador while visiting clients ensuring loyalty is maintained
  • Generate quotations (including stock availability, prices and delivery times) for a portfolio of accounts and follow up on initial order ensuring customers’ needs are satisfied
  • Handle client queries, conflicts and objections in a timely, optimist and most efficient way
  • Be involved in the planning and execution of B2B lead generation activities and follow up their implementation
  • Generate sales reports through the CRM system as necessary tools to meet sales targets and prepare presentations to clients and management
  • Ensure collections are met before proceeding to another sales order to meet cash flow requirements
  • Update the company’s CRM system daily by entering data and key information to enhance internal decision making
  • Become a subject matter expert on company’s products and services and keep abreast of the latest industry and competition developments

προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the role of the B2B Sales Advisor should have the following:

  • University degree in chemical/mechanical/industrial engineering
  • Up to 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales or personal protective equipment sales
  • Capable of developing knowledge on safety products and their application in the market, industry developments and relative personal protective equipment legislation
  • Proficiency level in office applications and internet use
  • Knowledge of CRM tools will be considered an asset
  • Strong will and ability for frequent travel and familiarity with remote working conditions
  • Ability to handle pressure and rejections and meet deadlines by showing optimism, excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
  • Customer oriented profile
  • English (written & spoken)
