As a B2B Marketing Associate will be responsible for the implementation of the strategy and monitoring of marketing efforts in order to build a strong brand awareness and bring lead generation.

As a B2B Marketing Associate in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Design B2B international and local marketing strategies and set short and long term goals
• Design, implement and monitor online, offline and direct marketing activities including Digital, PR, DM etc.
• Working closely with the sales team in both Sales Enablement and Sales approach
• Design and update sales material
• Run demand generation and conversion tactics
• Ability to create targeted marketing activities and create effective value propositions
• Experience in creating audience segmentation and reporting processes
• Organize online and physical events and conferences internationally and locally 
• Collaborate with organizations and professional bodies to build potential client leads
• Work closely with our region in order to finalize and monitor B2B marketing plan and next actions
• Work closely with our operational team to develop case studies and success stories
• Coordinate the development of all marketing material

In order for your profile to match the B2B Marketing Associate position you need to have the following skills:

• BSc degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field
• MSc Degree in Digital Marketing will be an asset
• First-hand experience in developing, implementing and optimizing Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads Campaigns
• At least one Google Ads certification
• Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Greek and English
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Creative mindset, able to generate and develop fresh, engaging ideas

• 2 - 3 years of experience in social media and digital platforms management
