Your responsibilities as an Arabic Client Relations Manager will be:

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Be responsible for activating new client leads and following up with potential clients
  • Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high level service is provided
  • Acting in the best interest of the company at all times, and cooperating with the rest of the Client Relations team in order to perform business development
  • Contributing to the team effort by achieving targeted results
  • Cooperating effectively with other departments as necessary

προσόντα

The qualifications for the Arabic Client Relations Manager position are: 

  • Native level in Arabic
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English
  • A degree in a business-related field would be a plus
  • Strong computer literacy

  • Client-centric mindset

εμπειρία

Experience in the financial services sector is definitely a plus but not mandatory.
