This position will manage and develop After Market Sales on products, services and spare parts as well as develop new solutions for consumers

    As an After Market Sales Specialist , your responsibilities will include:

    • Full responsibility to deliver BU targets on After Market Sales (spare parts, consumables & accessories, products and services)
    • Business development of new initiatives according to company strategy (e.g. deployment of new Services, development of sales via Contact Center& via service partners’ network.) 
    • Regular visits & building strong relationship with the customers (retailers, service partners, spares wholesalers) to ensure sales Budget
    • Support with administration tasks related to After Market Sales: orders processing, invoicing and tracking, providing our customers and consumers solutions and support within order-to-cash  process
    • Working in company's tools & systems 
    • Securing availability of Spare Parts, Consumable & Accessories in the market
    • Follow up competition and give feedback of the market
    • Work cross-functionally (cooperation with Consumer Service, Key Accounts and Trade marketing team) as well as  in the matrix environment
    • Good understanding for market insight and company strategy
    • Daily uploads of Parts details and Price handling
    • Keep contact with stakeholders to ensure spare parts information and orders status
    • Analyse and present reports regarding parts consumption, planning, and forecast


    The ideal candidate for the position of an After Market Sales Specialist  will be expected to possess the following:

    • Min.2-3 years of experience in Consumer Service Area, or Spare Part Sales
    • Degree in Business (preferred) or Engineering
    • Strong sales skills & ability to develop new business areas and general business maturity
    • Good Knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Result oriented working with lots of drive, enthusiasm and adaptability
    • Self-motivated and proactive personality 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal & written
    • Greek and English speaker
