Ithaca, a non-profit organization supporting the homeless and other vulnerable groups is currently seeking an administrative coordinator to support the organizations’ purpose.

αρμοδιότητες

As an administration coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • managing incoming/outgoing communication of the organization (tel., e-mail, newsletter, SoMe)
  • managing and organizing the office/mobile units (supplies, consumables, logistics etc.)
  • creating corporate presentations and communication material for the organization
  • archiving documents, arranging contracts as well as writing reports for partners/donors
  • managing and renewing contact files of partners, donors, organizations, etc.
  • managing all donations from individuals and sponsors (receipts, invoices) on a monthly bases
  • carrying out external tasks in banks, ELTA and other organizations
  • supporting all departments of the organization with communication, fundings and operations

προσόντα

The successful candidate should have the following profile:

  • Bsc in Social Sciences or Corporate Communication
  • excellent usage of MS Office, digital tools and social media tools
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English 
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • team management skills and the ability to communicate, collaborate with a high team spirit
  • empathy, discretion, confidentiality

εμπειρία

  • previous 2 year working experience in a relevant position
