As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing secretarial support to senior management (business appointments planning, telephone slopes, holidays, business trips) 
  • Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and creating a welcoming environment
  • Dealing with customers by phone, email or in person in a professional manner
  • Organizing and maintaining files and databases in a confidential manner
  • Preserving the excellent image of the office
  • Checking frequently the level of office supplies and making appropriate orders
  • Continuously communicating with customers and partners for guidance, information and management of requests
  • Scheduling of appointments and daily office agenda


In order to make an impact on this Administrative Assistant role you need to have the following:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing or in any other relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support
  • Excellent written and verbal English knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Attention in details and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Integrity and professionalism
